About Our Community

There are 38 patio homes nestled together on approximately twelve acres. The community is governed by five volunteer members who have been elected by the council of 38 homeowners. Our community is in a very quiet and peacful setting with a large wooded area to the East and an open undeveloped natural habitat of wildlife to the South. Deer, rabbits, quail and wild turkeys are just a few of the other inhabitants of our community. We all love it here!
