We live in a deed restricted community. In order to maintain the integrity of the community and the common areas, we need to adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Master Deed. If you do not have a copy of the Master Deed, please contact Daphne Walls at Mulloy Properties.
If you desire to make any changes to the exterior of your building (porch enclosures, storm doors, plantings, etc.), they are all subject to approval by the Board. An Architectural Improvement Form needs to be completed and submitted to the Board for approval in advance of any changes or alterations. A copy of this form may be in the Master Deed documents or copies are available through Mulloy Properties.
