Welcome to Sunstone II

Welcome to Sunstone II, a residential townhome community in the northeastern portion of Chandler, Arizona. Sunstone II was developed in 1984 by the Pulte Home Corporation in two phases on a 21-acre property and is located southwest of the intersection of McQueen and Warner Roads. The community consists of 240, two-story townhome units in 40 buildings that are separated into east and west sides by Saba Street. Two swimming pools, one on each side of the community, are available for resident use.

Children in our community are served by the Chandler Unified School District. Those in grades kindergarten through six attend Sanborn Elementary while those in grades seven and eight attend Andersen Junior High. High school students attend Chandler High.

Stonegate Park, a neighborhood park with a playground and ball courts, is across Ithica Street immediately to the west of Sunstone II. Espee Park, a community park, is located only three minutes west at 450 East Knox Road. Espee’s amenities include three ball fields, a playground, three ramadas, and the first bike-only (BMX, Freestyle, Grind) public facility in the Valley.

Sunstone II is incorporated and managed by an all-volunteer group of five homeowners from within the community who are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors meets monthly and homeowners are encouraged to attend the meetings. A contracted property management company, currently Rossmar & Graham Community Association Management, Inc, assists the Board of Directors in their administration of the Association. All contacts, inquiries, and correspondence to Sunstone II Homeowners Association, Inc., can be made to:
