Sun Valley West is a private residential community located in the Western Suburbs of the Denver Metropolitan area. Secluded back from major streets bordering public open space at the base of Green Mountain, the condominiums were built in phases beginning in 1984 and in 2000 underwent an improvement project ending with a superior upgrade to both appearance and structure. Our community is a warm, safe and pleasant home for many varieties of people ranging from our Nation's Honored Senior Citizens to young families with kidds and Single Adults who live and work within the City of Lakewood and abroad. With the rapid emergence of new technologies, many of our residents use and enjoy the benefits of the Digital Broadband Connections. As such, this subsidiary website at Neighborhoodlink is hoped to provide a jumping-off-point for future and Improved Communications Channels for Resident and Visitors alike. Home Owners Association/Management Links

Home Owners Association meetings are generally held at 6:00pm on the third Thursday of the month. Call Ikon Management for more information. The meetings in July and August of 2003 will be held at the swimming pool.
