Our community was built by The DeHaven Corporatiion. We are a community of 80 homes, and we do have a Home Owners Association that is currently managed by Jomar Associations Services.

Construction started in late 1998, but most of the homes were occupied in 1999-2000.

HOA Meetings

HOA Meetings are always held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. They start at 6:30 pm.

Check the community calendar and the talk-about-it section for meeting announcements. If you have entered your email address in your member profile, you will receive an e-mail notification for dates/time/place.

HOA Annual Meetings

The HOA has an annual meeting every December where the Board of Directors are elected. If you are interested in becomming a board menber, speak up. We are always welcoming new faces and those that wish to make a difference !!
