There have been several instances where neighborhood children have been seen hanging on the electric and the side entrance gates, Not only is this breaking the gates, but it is also a serious safety issue.

Please tell your children NOT to do this. This problem costs each and every one of us MONEY (about $150.00 per service call) to fix the broken gate, also?—your child could get injured.
So far, the cost of repairs is coming out of the HOA fund, but if this continues, that policy may have to go before a vote to have the homeowner pay for damages caused by their children.
