Sunrise At College Park

Presidents Message

Jan 26, 2002

First I would like to thank each and every one of you who took the time out of your busy day to come to the re-vote last week and vote for not only myself, but for all the board members. It is nice to see some new faces and to know that people care about our community.

This year looks to be a good one for Sunrise at College Park, and your continued involvement will ensure that goal.

I would like to ask each of you to remember that if you have a problem concerning a maintenance issue, to please call the Property Management Company, and not me. We have a new Property Manager, Russell Haigh, that just started last week. He seems very eager to help us in any way he can, and has assured me that he will be proactive in getting things done for us. I do wish Linda Bonson the best of luck as she starts her new endeavors.

I would also like to thank Renee?’ Coelho for her effort in getting this Newsletter done. She has also registered Sunrise at College Park with the City of Mesa Neighborhood Office, where many things are available to us in our efforts to get organized.

Part of that registration gave us the opportunity to get our own website, which Renee?’ has gotten up and running. Please visit it often and post your comments there. The board DOES read them.

Hope to see you all at the next HOA meeting.
-Chris Bonomi
