It seems like we always make note of these, but they are important in order to keep the neighborhood looking good and to maintain or increase home values.

?· No pet should be permitted to roam freely on anyone else?’s property.
?· You must pick up you dog?’s mess (also required by city law).
?· All equipment, garbage cans, woodpiles should be concealed.
?· Houses and fences must be maintained, including painting and repairs..
?· All passenger autos must be parked in the drive way or in the garage, not in the alleyway. No recreational vehicles, boat, or trailer may be parked or stored on your lot where it can be seen from the outside.
