Homeowners who rent out their property, are responsible for all assessment fees. Renters must adhere to the Restrictive Covenants of SunsetDowns Homeowners Association. Renters are responsible for yard maintenance and the home owner is responsible for the property. Also, Homeowners should notify the Association when a property is rented, with a forwarding address and contact of the Property Owner.
