Sunshine Acres General Description

Sunshine Acres (SAHA) is located in northwest rural Douglas County bordered to the east by the Highline Canal Trail, to the north (and partially to the south) by Chatfield State Park, and bordered to the west by the same park. It has wonderul views of the the foothills of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and abundant wildlife. Homes are situated on 1+acre parcels. SAHA falls within the South Chatfield Water District. Residents prefer the rural nature of the development and the many visits by neighboring wildlife.
SAHA is a covenant protected community with annual dues. (SAHA is NOT horse property.)
