Welcome

Our neighborhood consists of 120 attached single family homes built in 1984 by Cardon Homes.

Our homes have front yards that are taken care of by the Homeowners Association but our actual houses are taken care of by the owners. We each have a private back yard and carport.

The amenities of Suntrails III include a large common area at the center of our neighborhood, a toddler pool , regular swimming pool and playground.
