The Board of Directors must approve any change to your unit, visible from the street, in writing.
Place your request in writing to the Association P.O. box; include what is being requested with specifics on color, and when the work is to be accomplished.This includes paint color choice and roof shingle replacement (as the original color is no longer available). The Board has thirty days to respond to your request.
