Extensions granted for paint project

In September of 2008 the Board of Directors implemented a project deadline for the painting of ALL units here at Suntrails III. If you have completed the painting of your unit please advise the Board. You must obtain a letter of approval from the Board in order to be compliant with the project and avoids fines.
The Board set a date for compliance of December 31, 2009. If you are unable to accomplish the project by that date an extension will be granted to June 30, 2010. After that point in time NO FURTHER extensions will be granted and the violation/fine process will begin.
