I understand we must deal only with the arborist selected by Beautification Committe in order to apply to be reimbursed for pruning expenses.  How do we contact him ?   Will there be a report to Bellemeade residents stating which residents received payment and how many people applied?

I have asked Commissioner Sikes who is the chair of the Beautification Committee to compose and answer for you. I will post it when she sends it to me.

I received a notice regarding my trees.  Is this merely a suggestion, or am I required to remove/prune my trees?  If I am required, may I just cut them down myself, or am I also required to hire someone?

It is NOT a requirement. The list is for your benfit and for the general good of the community to have the trees shade our streets.
