A Livable Community

The Templeton Knolls subdivision, located on the East by the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, The South by both sides of Carters Lane and on the West by Kenilworth Avenue is a working class community undergoing a significant population shift. With approximately 440 single-family homes and two housing types, small bungalows and brick townhouses, the community is surrounded by two and three story apartment buildings. It is the home of many new immigrants to Prince George's County.

Community Standards

As residents of Templeton Knolls, we know that maintaining standards,keeping our community clean of debris and trash, not only increases the value of our homes, and protects our seniors and children, but it also sends a clear signal to those undesirables, whom in the past, have congregated to take control and conduct illegal activities.
