About our association
What is The Cove Condo?
This condominium living association is comprised of 15 townhouse units built in 3 rows of 5 houses each, with one additional 2nd story unit above an adjacent commercial property, and 16 apartment condos in a two story building adjacent to the swimming pool. We have a private swimming pool and deck area, community clubhouse facility, and private tennis court in The Cove Condo complex. Parking is available on site for one vehicle per unit for the apartment owners in the common area parking lots, while the townhomes can usually accommodate 2 vehicles beneath each townhouse unit.
Our complex is adjacent to Rehoboth Bay on the southern side of the Town of Dewey Beach.
Most of the units have a bay view!
The Cove Condo has been a mainstay of Dewey Beach, with a combination of year round and part time residents, as well as summer visitors, since the early 1980s.
