The Meadows

I'm happy to report that three of the six homes for sale here went "pending" over the past week or so. It was so unusual to have that many for sale at the same time! There are still three nice houses available...know anyone who would appreciate this neighborhood like we do? Let me know!

Update...I've held two open houses at 25 Chuparrosa, with good results. People just love this house! In fact, I like it so well, I wish we could move into it ourselves. One-story floor plans are hard to find these days, and in such demand! Call me if you know of anyone who might be interested in this home. It's a well-kept gem that with some fresh paint and decorating would delight any family.
