The Park at Steeplechase was formed as a non-profit corporation in August 2002.
To protect property values and to preserve the character of the community, the legal documents of the association contain restrictions that establish architectural standards and govern the use of property within our community. You should carefully review the association's legal documents and the community rules and regulations.
Should you desire to make any improvements to your lot, you may submit an Improvement Request Form to the Architectural Control Committee c/o Alliance Association Management. You can obtain this form by visiting the Alliance website (www.allianceonline.net) or contacting an Alliance representative by calling 800-891-6106.
