About our Community~
OUr community consists of apporximately 130 lots with 108 homes built to date.
We are zoned as townhomes, and our homes are single family residences with attached breezeways connecting every 5 houses.
A tight fit community where everyone knows everyone, and friendships are built everyday!
About our association
The Village of Wylie Home Owners Association
Although our community has been in the building process for a approximately 6 years, our Home Owners Assocaition is new. On February 26, 2009, the developer for the Village of Wylie handed over the HOA to the community.
The importance of the HOA is a big one, because a community can be drained and go down hill if it is not maintained. Typically, without an HOA, this is exactly what will happen.
Our Goal is to maintain a beautiful residential community and maintain our property values as well. We are a small community, that is well on it's way to being a tight knit community of friends and neighbors!
