About our association
Beginnings
The Timber Creek HOA was established with the filing of the Declaration of Covenants with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder in August of 1995. The Everitt Company handled association business as they developed the property.
On our own
On September 11, 2000, the Timber Creek HOA was turned over to a Board of Directors elected by the homeowners back in January. These are the officers elected that year: Kent Allenbrand, President, Rob Wolaver, Treasurer, Christine Lorenz, Secretary, Geri Dabrowski, and Doug Dodds.
Transitions
On June 16, 2001, Ken Allenbrand announced that the Board of Directors had hired Poudre Property Services to manage the business affairs of the association. Located in Ft. Collins, Poudre Property Services provides management services for residential and commercial real estate.
