Timberlane Estates is an older sub-division found in the city of Covington.  Houses found in Timberlane Estates are typically well kept, older homes.  Many of the homes were built in the 1960’s.  Today it is virtually impossible to find floor plans for Timberlane Estates homes because throughout the years many on the homes have been added on to and remodeled.

Although Timberlane Estates consist of older homes, they are well maintained with up-to-date appliances and flooring.  Many of the homes have large, grassy yards.  Also some of the homes are adjacent to large open spaces, allowing for extra privacy.  The community is in close proximity to Jenkins Creek Elementary School, Cedar Valley Elementary, and Cedar Heights Middle School. Timberlane Estates offers easy access to the city of Covington and highways. Use and maintenance of the community pool, parks, and clubhouse is included in the HOA fee.  

Timberlane Estates average 3 bedroom and 1 and 1/2 bath homes range from about 840 sq feet up to over 1,700 sq. feet.  These homes are valued between $227,000’s up to $299,000.  Timberlane Estates homes are perfect for a first time buyer and small families.
