Hello, I am planning to buy a home in Timberlin Parc in the next year or two. I would like to know more about the community, in particular, what HOA or other fees I need to be aware of.

I just recently purchased my home in Timberlin Parc at the end of last year. I love the neighborhood. So peaceful and quiet. The HOA fees are reasonable for the area and haven't been raised in a LONG time. $420/yr I believe. Good luck and take care. |
