Timberlin Parc Homeowners Association

I heard from a neighbor that our hoa is going up by as much as $60. Has anyone else heard about this?

Did it come in recent mailing/billing?

Yes it did after I had this post. Wasn't it stated in the HOA by-laws that we are supposed to get a notice of increase before it is done? I thought I read that.

According to my reading of the bylaws any increase of homeowners dues must be approved by 75% of the homeowners first. If i remember correctly the association has well over $100,000 in reserve accounts for this type of work so an increase in dues is unnecessary. A nice thing for the 3 new board members to do in their first year. It looks like we may have our first quorum this year.
