The purposes of this Volunteer Homeowner Association are:
1. To help schedule and facilitate events to encourage friendship with your neighbors here at Tower Grove.
2. To maintain and even increase the value of our homes through volunteerism, suggestions, and donations.
3. To address issues in the subdivision such as the maintenance of our common areas...
