Tower Heights Neighborhood Constitution

This association of people shall be known as the TOWER HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. Its purpose is the solution of neighborhood problems and the promotion of general neighborhood improvements. It shall function as a non-partisan, non-sectarian, and non-profit organization to promote social welfare and neighborliness among its members.

Dues

Annual membership dues shall be ten ($10.00) per residential household, per fiscal year. Any qualifying business may be come a member of the Tower Heights Neighborhood Association, Inc. by joining and paying annual dues of ten dollars ($10.00). Each business shall be entitled to only one vote
