Towne Meadows HOA

My family and I just moved to the neighborhood a few weeks ago. Before moving into Greenfield Lakes we reviewed the Homeowner Association rules. What is up with the weeds everywhere? I thought as a homeowner you were obligated to maintain your yard! That is not what we are seeing. Some look terrible. Maybe there are a lot of citations out there, I don't know. Also, can't anyone fix the signs to the neighborhood entrance to include the ''L'' in Lakes???? We pay our monthly dues, right?

Believe me it's an ongoing problem.  However they do send out notices, I know because we got one!  The weeds grow faster than my kids.  We do have a few houses on Rawhide that are very bad and have been that way for awhile and it doesn't seem like anything is done about it, but who knows.  Anyway welcome to the neighborhood, we love it and have lived here since 98.
