Townes of Floribunda

1.  The Townes of Floribunda Homeowners Association (TFHA) has an annual meeting each October to discuss neighborhood issues;  meeting details are distributed two weeks before the meeting.

2.  Homeowners are to have paid a one-time fee equal to the amount of one quarterly dues payment to the TFHA at the time they purchased their home.

3.  Quarterly dues are paid to the TFHA Treasurer at the beginning of each quarter.  The dues subsidize lawn care, snow removal, green space maintenance and insurance, etc.

Quarterly dues payment coupons can be found in this website under Pages and Links/Financial Documents.  NOTE:  You are welcome to use online banking and have your checks sent to the Treasurer from the bank.  However, upon notification of a new Treasurer, you must immediately make the address change so that your check goes to the proper address.  UNDERSTAND THIS DOES NOT MEAN AUTOMATIC WITHDRAW FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.  WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT CHECKS SENT FROM THE BANK.

4.  Lawn care consists of lawn mowing, lawn feedings, spring mulching and fall cleanup.  Homeowners are responsible for pulling weeds and trimming bushes.

5.  Snow is removed from driveways and sidewalks.
