you are out of your minds watering that weed patch in the circle...and even more stupid if you put sod there ..

I'm not mistaken but I think Frank Kalleyis? was running for the board under the assumption he could bring our costs DOWN to around 100 per month...not escalate them with high water bills...

THIS SHOULD BE VOTED ON BY ALL THE HOMEOWNERS BEFORE YOU START WASTING OUR MONEY !!!

IF you wanna spend some cash do something like add another main entrance brick wall at the other end of the development...(green lane) ?it will beautify the other entrance...Its fair to all those who live down that end ....  

In defense of the board members, I don't know that she meant it was going to be running.  That's whay I stated my coments the way I did (working, not running).  I don't want to assume anything based on the way a posting reads.  Sometimes they get misinterpreted.  I don't think the board would do anything without first bringing it to the floor. 

Sod would be impossible in the circle. I wouldn't mind seeing it spruced up a bit. The 2nd entrance would be nice if it were also displaying "Orchard Hill" somehow

thats what I meant....one saying orchard hill...exactly like the one at the main entrance.
