Welcome to Treasure Canyon II!

Treasure Canyon II is a small self-run Homeowner's Assocation with just 23 association members.

Our primary concern is in preserving, protecting, and enhancing property values, both yours and those of your neighbors, and in protecting the quality of life. Association members and The Board of Directors are active partners in accomplishing these goals.

The few rules we have are not meant to be intrusive. They are meant to be inclusive. If all comply with the rules, better neighborhood harmony will result and that’s a good thing, right?
