Members of the association can submit violations, suggestions, problems, or concerns by placing the aforementioned in writing and mailing to 8190 W Deer Valley Road, Suite 104, PMB-287, Peoria, AZ 85382 or by hand delivering to any member of The Board of Directors.
All violations, suggestions, problems and concerns will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe after their receipt.
If necessary, a special meeting of The Board of Directors will be called to address the issue.
A written response from the Board will be generated to the submitting association member as to any action taken.
In the case of a suspected violation, the submitting member must provide the property address and a short description. The Board of Directors course of action is as follows:
- Make an investigation to determine if the complaint is accurate and valid.
- Determine if said complaint is in violation of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
- Notify the submitting association member of the Boards decision in writing.
- Notify the association member in violation of the CC&R’s and request that the violation be remedied.
If it is determined that The Board of Directors needs assistance in interpreting the application of the CC&R’s, legal assistance will be sought.
The association will take no direct action on allegations of violations of local, state or federal law. The complainant will be advised to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency.
The association will take no action on any civil litigation between members of the association.
All submissions by members of the association must be signed. Anonymous submissions will not be accepted.
