Officer's Duties

President: Act as contact person, Call for meetings as ness, Preside over meetings, Sign on Bank Account. Publish fliers and manage web site and e-mail info.
Nominations for election will take place second meetin of the start of calender year, affirmative 2/3rds vote of those in attendance. One vote for each member.
Meetings will be called as ness, determined by President and Vice President

Vice President

Act as contact person, preside over meetings and fill in when president not available, Signer on Bank Account.

Treasurer

Preside over meetings when possible,Manage Bank Account, Contact person etc.

About our association

WELCOME TO TRUMAN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

THE ASSOCIATION
The truman Neighborhood Association is active and managed by the homeowners. Joining the association is free and is a nonprofit organization, Donations can be accepted for operating expenses. We strongly encourage all homeowners to get involved and join as soon as possible. We are always looking for volunteers.


BENEFITS
This association will strive to keep our area safe, clean and ensure homeowners equity continues to grow. It is the responsibility of each homeowner to do their part in maintaining their properties and to encourage others to do the same. In the event problems occur between neighbors, it is simple to report these issues and we will address as ness.


Other Benefits
It is the association goal to encourage holiday block parties in various neighborhoods of the association. Everyones help and cooperation will ensure these activities are fun for everyone and become a tradition, fourth of july is our favorite.

Block Watch
it’s all of our responsibility to be aware of what’s going on in your neighborhood, report suspicious activity when necessary and jot down license plate numbers if possible.


ASSOCIATION MEETING
We are preparing scheduling for our annual meeting

All persons 18 years and older residing within the boundaries will be considered members. This applies to Home owners & Renters, As this is not a Home owners Association!!!

No Due's

In Compliance with county rules, No due's are allowed, Donation's are gladly accepted for mailings and misc operating cost's.
