Tyndall Green II is a mandatory covenant controlled community of 99 townhomes located west of Havana Gardens and South of Lowry Redevelopment. The community was developed in 1995/1996.

Units
We are comprised of 30 building with three units per building and three buildings with four units each. There are four floor plans. Each building has a ranch model, a middle two-story model and other end unit has two two-story options. All units have full basements, many of which are finished, and attached two-car garages. The four-unit building have an extra middle unit.
Maintenance
Pro-active common area and exterior building maintenace is performed by the association. Homeowners are responsible to report needed repairs. The association actively pursues reserve funding to accomodate major expenses. Buildings have been repainted twice. Rooves are closely monitored and highest priority given to repairs.
Fees
2009 member assesments are $289 monthly which includes grounds maintenance, waste removal, cable television, snow removal, common area, business management, street repair and external building maintenance. Currently the 2010 budget indicates no increase in fees. The association has never required a special assesment
Ammenities
The community includes a fairly large swimming pool and hot tub. Maintenance of the pool is of the highest quality. Several pool parties are conducted yearly by the association. The property includes a large green belt with stream and pond.
Governance
The association is managed by a volunteer homeowner six-member executive board and has excellent volunteer participation in committee activities.
