Valley Trails, Pleasanton, CA

Valley Trails is a lovely neighborhood in the heart of Pleasanton.  Valley Trails is well designed subdivision located just off Hopyard Rd.  Homes for sale in this neighborhood are often sold rather quickly.  This neighborhood is mostly just a loop with several courts on each side.   It is a very nice drive viewing the mature tree and landscape, along with the updated homes.

Winding its way down the middle of the Valley Trails loop is the Valley Trails Park.  The Valley Trails Park has 6.1 acres of land, and it has a great walking path to really get some exercise as it is a long and narrow park.  The Valley Trails Park also has barbeque pits, picnic tables, tot play area, and basketball courts.

Another nice feature about these Pleasanton homes is they are located directly across Hopyard Rd. to access the Sports Park.  The Sports Park is 103 acres of everything you could possibly want including, skate board area, sporting fields, play structures, walking paths, and the list goes on.

Valley Trails was built by Morrison Homes between 1968 -1971.  The elementary school is Donlon Elementary, Hart Middle School and Foothill High School.  This neighborhood has quick and convenient access to everything in Pleasanton.  Living in Valley Trails would be a comfortable lifestyle.
