Yes, the members of Congress (including John Kerry) made it possible for the Troops to be sent in to harms way. Everyone that voted for thier congressman and senators made it possible.

Yes I do believe that. Many choose the Armed Forces as a way to pay for college. They earn tution and benefits to help pay for college. If you join the Ohio Army National Guard you can have 100% of your college paid for. Are there risks?, yes, but for many college is not affordable and joining the armed services is a way to get college paid for. Each individual has to make the right choice for themselves. There is no draft and it is a volunteer force.

No, Ms. White it is you who bring in unrelated subjects to the discussion. The situation in Iraq does not have a direct relationship to Valleyview. You what to somehow compare Iraq and Valleyview when there is no correlation. I am trying to get you to focus on the subject of Valleyview and not bring these other extraneous subjects in.

For the benefit of the whole Village to meet the financial obligations of the Village. Unlike you I did not vote to get rid of the Police Department. I was working within the financial resources of the Village to meet the obligations of the Village and still provide police coverage. You never understood the finances of the Village and how the processes work. You decision was to take away the protection of the Police Department from the residents who paid their taxes. You failed as the Chair of the Finance Committee to solve the problems of the Village. You made them worse along with the others and then try and pin the blame on others for failing to do your job. The tough decision was to find a way to have a Police Department (even if it meant operating at reduced funding) as opposed to the slash and burn policy that you and the others followed and disbanded the Police Department.

This is a prime example of how you take statements add your twist and words and try to speak for someone Ms. White. Go back to the original posting and see that I never typed the statement as you have presented it here. Below is what I wrote..

That was to you that you should sleep peacefully while my cousin and others are defending your freedom to spread your vile and vicious postings. I did not type that ''I sleep peacefully''. Just get the quote right and try not to speak for others. It gets you in trouble all the time.

I will not sleep completely peacefully until every American is home safe with their loved ones, especially my cousin. I ask everyone to say a prayer for those that are defending our freedoms and also pray for those families that have lost someone in the fight against terrorism. Today again there is another example of hatred as Terrorist Attacks were launched against innocent people while they were going to work in London. Say prayers for those hurt in that attack and for those familise where someone will not be coming home tonight from work.

I don't obsess with who each person is on this site. So I don't care who the voice is. Sorry. Since I've been back I've only spoke with my parents next door. Coming from a rural area for the last 13 yrs, neighbors are a little hard to get used to. I wave at everyone that goes by. Your upset because people didn't send flowers to Bob's mom funeral? If and, that's if, it was a snubb do you really want to be around people like that?
You sound like a teenager that wasn't invited to that special pj party that everyone else was invited too. I don't do 'in crowd's' never did, never will. I take people at face value, even those with two faces.
Ok, lets start again what positive thing have you done for the village while you were in office? How long were you in term? What was your position? Understanding all of council has to agree on issues. All I've read on here are emotional outbursts with no substantiated evidence or these 'in crowd' people would have been dealt with right? The truth is not malicious and vindictive people are.

I was making the atatement that you don't have to live in a certain place to voice an opinion about what is going on there.

Your statement that I failed as finance chair, leaves out important problems. You ''forgot'' to say that I was refused any information on the finances. You were there and you know it. I never heard any objection from you or any council member. Are you saying that the finance chair is the boss? Don't you think council has the last word? How did you work your magic that you hold the upper hand?

When you voted to take the police funds away, what did you think would happen? No money, no police.
