About our association
PURPOSE
VICIA provides leadership for our community. We are responsible for the day to day operations of our homeowners association, enforcement of our subdivision covenents and general upkeep of our common areas for everyones enjoyment
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to any property owner in Venetian Isles Subdivision upon approval by the board of VICIA.
MEETINGS
General membership meetings are held at least 3 times per year. board members are elected for one year terms and may be reelected. The president may hold office for 2 years. Board meetings are held monthly and any resident may attend if they so wish, or haver pertinent business to place before the board.
