Venice Square Apartments

We are located at 8943 West 53rd Avenue, Arvada, Colorado, 80002. We have (32) thirty-two units, a laundry faculity, with four washers and four dryers. We have four, one bedroom apartments, twenty six, two bedroom apartments and two, three bedroom apartments. All two and three bedroom apartments have washer and dryer hookups. Storage units are available. All up stairs apartments have A/C Wall units. Our apartment building is in a large horseshoe shape with a huge courtyard in the middle. We have parking located on the street or in our parking lot.

Crime Free Multi - Housing Program - Arvada Police Deparment

We are on a Crime Free Multi-Housing Program through tha Arvada Police Department. All of our tenants are required to sign a Crime Free Lease Addendum. The Addendum basicly states that our residents are not going to commit any crimes or violate and laws on or near our property. When an officer comes on our property for any reason, we will recive a card telling us the apartment number, name of person contacted, date, time, and what happened. If we recive three cards from the Arvada Police Department, we can give the residents a Three Day Notice to Vacate. If we have one felony arrest on our property we can give a Three Day Notice to Vacate without any prior cards. We are working with the Arvada Police Department for a better way of living.

We have a very quiet and peaceful community. Freindly residents, and a good sence of community.
