Every property owner in Ventura/Spring Meadows (except Unit IV) is automatically a member of the Ventura Homeowners' Association (VHA). Authority to charge the assessment is included in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions which is registered in the Bexar County property records.
With 1,132 homes, the Association has been able to keep the annual assessment relatively low when compared to other homeowner associations with similar facilities and services.
The number and variety of services available to VHA homeowners exceed other area subdivisions with similar facilities and services.
