Our Neighborhood

Villa Condominium Association is one of the best kept secrets in Colorado Springs. With 168 units in a combination of two and three story buildings, this association has, without a doubt, the best hot tub room in the city. It is located in a beautiful clubhouse by the heated swimming pool, and is available to all residents via a card reader entry system. This neighborhood is a close to crime free as is possible. The biggest problem seems to be finding the complex!

In additiion to full time off-site management, there are is a full time maintenance man on the grounds, five days per week, eight hours each day.
