Maintenance Manager

Villa Condominium Association has two full time people on site. Jerry Ford is the Maintenance Manager and can be reached at 622-0328. Jody Walton works with Jerry and keeps the hot tub, swimming pool and clubhouse clean, and maintains the stairs and landings of the three story buildings. The two of them also help with the landscape maintenance during the summer and snow removal during the winter.

Jerry performs exterior building repairs, and is in charge of all maintenance and miscellaneous repairs
