Villa del Sol Homeowners Assoc.

The Villa del Sol HOA was formed about 5 years ago. Although there are only approximately 190 homes there are currently approximately 30 people active in the association. Our efforts are aimed toward adding to our quality of life, being good neighbors and improving the value of the homes in our neighborhood. Being in close proximity to both an elementary school and middle school in the Littleton School District has created a very strong, family oriented neighborhood.
