Note: The Annual Village Green Block Party is usually held in September or October on Landrake Road.  The specific date for the 2025 party will be determined and posted at a later date.

ARCHITECTURE CONTROL COMMITTEE
Homeowners remember to contact our Architecture Control Committee to get approval for your outside projects. An Exterior Change Request Form (ECR) can be found in our Pages and Links Section of this web site.  Remember, you must have sought approval to join this website by registering and supplying your name and address to the administrator of the site before you are allowed to see anything within the web site other than what you can see on this Welcome page.

Please be aware that the NEW 2025 Baltimore County Trash and Recycling/Yard Waste Pickup Schedule is now out.  As a reminder, Yard Waste must now be put out in Paper bags.  The county no longer accepts yard waste in plastic bags.

Follow the directions and as a Resident you will be granted approval to view the web site. Surrounding Neighbor Households, previously identified, will also be granted viewing rights.

VGA MEMBERSHIP DUES - Annual Dues are $50.00.
Our Dues cycle begins in October with our Annual Meeting and runs through September of the following year.
