I have lived here for 11 years and am concerned about the neighborhood, I believe this is a great neighborhood and don't like what I see happening with the grafiti. I also saw a prostitute on 19 ave a few nights ago. I don't believe this is a major problem but we as neighbors need to nip it in the bud before it gets worse. If anybody is out there please contact me.
