The Villas at the Meadows of Winterset is a small, maintenance provided neighborhood nestled on the north edge of the Meadows of Winterset in Lee’s Summit. The development of the neighborhood began in 2001 and now consist of sixty homes. This is a well- kept, Homeowners Association (HOA) residential community, managed by an elected board of directors, which has helped to maintain the appeal of the neighborhood through the years.
This community has an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) who is appointed by the Board of Directors. The committee is a go-to group who process ACC permit requests for any exterior changes /modifications that homeowners want to make. This too helps maintain the appeal of the neighborhood.
It also has an active Social Activity Committee (SAC) who have helped keep an involved, friendly community by creating seasonal events, picnics and parties.
Last, but not least there is a Neighborhood Watch Committee who live in different areas of the community that help keep the community aware and safer.
