In addition, the Indian Bend wash is open year-round with miles of paved pathways for recrational in-line skating, jogging, walking, biking, picknicking and more. Several golf courses dot the wash including Continental Golf Course, XX Golf Course and XX Golf Course.

Villas at Vista Verde Welcomes You!
Welcome to our small, but beautiful community. VVV was has 60 condominium units and a community pool, clubhouse and barbeque. Construction on the complex was completed in 1999. Home ownership at VVV is highly coveted because it is one of very few new luxury complexes in the old Scottsdale area.
VVV Board
A representative group of VVV homeowners serve on the association board. These people make decisions about such things as the maintenance and upkeep of the complex, the association dues, usage of the clubhouse, landscaping, and ownership and rental rules. If you are interested in joining the board, contact the current board president.
