The Hillsborough County Planning Commission is considering a request to change the Comprehensive Plan to R-20 for the Palmira/Dale Mabry corner. Luckily, the City's Planning & Development Coordinator, Abbye Feely and the County's staff, have each recommended against it. R-20 would allow neighborhood commerical zoning as well as multi-family development. If anyone plans to object to the R-20 change, the Planning Commission's public hearing is tomorrow, June 13th at 5:30.
