Vista Colina HOA

Welcome to Vista Colina, a 34 unit complex in Arcadia, CA.  Vista Colina was unveiled in February of 1965 and was originally designed as apartment homes for adult living.  "Life with a Lift" was the original motto of Vista Colina, which was raised above the surrounding terrain for full advantage of the mountain view, sunshine and breezes.  Vista Colina was constructed by John Hedrick, longtime resident of the San Gabriel Valley who passed away in 2005.
