Homeowners Association Fee's

In addition to the Board members, Vista Royale has retained

Sentry Management, Inc. to assist in the management of Vista Royale.

The Vista Royale Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors governs Sentry Management, Inc.

The Homeowner’s assessments are an initial fee of $600, plus an annual fee of $800. However, the assessments may be paid quarterly in installments of $200 per quarter. Sentry Management is responsible for the bookkeeping and accounting of the dues and annual budget. The Property Manager for Sentry Management is Katie Thompson.
