Annual dues are $200.00 and are payable January 1st.  Statements will be mailed in December.

The annual Wagner Lake Estates meeting will be held in January of each year. The meeting location is currently held at First Church of the Nazarene in Yukon.  We will be discussing the plans for the next year and holding the election of new officers for the board seats that are open for the next session.

Lake Rules

We are in the process of getting signs to place around the lake to ensure only residents are partaking in the neighborhood’s fishing fun. However, we do use our funds to pay for the upkeep of the lake so please make sure you remember the following points:

  • Please continue to only catch and release while we wait for the wildlife in the lake to increase over time.
  • Please do not invite friends and family to use the pond if you are not present. You are more than welcome to join them while fishing, but they are not to be using the lake if a Wagner Lake resident is not with them.
  • We understand. We all want the lake to be fully stocked, but please contact one of the members of the HOA board of directors before releasing any additional wildlife into the lake. We do not want to disrupt the habitat of the fish/turtles already living in the lake.
  • Please do not drive your vehicles onto the lots surrounding the lake. These lots are not ours for using, so please respect the owners of those lots by not parking or driving in the grass.

Rain, Mowing & Landscaping

With all of the rain we have received recently the grass seems to be growing faster than the speed of light! We all want the neighborhood to look great so please make sure you are keeping up with your mowing and landscaping. If you are having trouble with this for financial or medical reasons, please let us know as we have had several residents volunteer to step in and help if needed! (E-mail us at wagnerlakehoa@gmail.com). We have also spoken with the owners of the empty lots to make sure those also start getting mowed more often!

Decks, Sheds, Fences

Per the HOA covenants, please contact the building committee, Ken Wagner, before proceeding with building any decks, sheds, or fencing on your property. There are very specific rules that you must abide by in order to be compliant with our HOA laws.

The City of Yukon also requires a building permit before adding a fence around your property. This will help ensure you only build on your property and do not add a structure to HOA land or your neighbor’s property. Our HOA covenants clearly state that any structure placed on homeowner’s association common areas can be removed by the HOA at the homeowner’s expense so save yourself some time, hassle, and money and make all of the required calls BEFORE you build.
