The Washington Boulevard TNI centers along Washington Blvd. Between La Brea and West Blvds. The neighborhood team, in consultation with the community, has developed a three part Economic Development Strategy consisting of Business, Housing, and Public Improvements. Improving the commercial corridors along Washington, La Brea, and Venice Blvds. is vital to ensuring that this area does not succumb to blight. The homeowners and residents who live in the surrounding neighborhoods are the key to sustaining revitalization.
