Is there really any point to this charade except more business meetings?

Look how long the city took on Broadway beautification start?

New trees and walks do not make a city....where is the visions collected from lots of meetings years ago?

Did anyone go to the sessions and want to share values

Will any of this really bring jobs here? Looks like a planning exercise only
